freepops-doc software package provides FreePOPs user/developer manual, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install freepops-doc
freepops-doc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the freepops-doc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep freepops-doc *
You will get with freepops-doc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
